The ScatterWeb ScatterNode is
the core module for building large-scale sensor
networks. It is fully modular and provides
analogue and digital I/O for integration of a
great variety of analogue and digital sensors.
The ScatterNode can be integrated into the
ScatterWeb data gathering and routing. Together
with the ScatterWeb system software it provides
the following features:
- Analog and digital I/O (13 interrupt
enabled digital I/O, 5 analog in, 1 analog
out)
- Super-low-energy sleep modes
- Software real-time clock
- Power supply by 2 AA cells (or external
1.8-3 V)
- Power supply of attached sensors up to
500 mA
- 512 kByte EEPROM for logging
applications
Usage Scenarios:
- Industry Automation
- AMR (automated meter reading)
- Geo Information Systems (GIS)
- Security
- Logistics
- Facility Management
Certification for Europe according to EN
